Apricot Delight is the one that started it all. A delicate balance of sweet and tart from slow-stewed dried apricots, a soft and airy eggless sponge layer, silky vanilla custard, and the gentle crunch of mixed nuts â all suspended in a cream-and-milk base we’ve spent years perfecting.
It’s the kind of dessert that’s the right answer to nearly any occasion. Birthdays. Anniversaries. The end of a busy week. We make every pot fresh to order at our London kitchen, hand-finish each one, and label it with the use-by date so you always know it’s just-made.
